Techniques that can be used:

 Heat Press

 Screen Print

 Negative Imagery 

Printing:

 Vinyl

 Ink

 Shiny

Used Corel Draw Graphics, imported 

 Bit mat  take bits away

 Reflects afterwards

 Print to the required size
